1. The incentive

Sales Incentive Network sells a transferable hospitality incentive entitling the bearer to three days and two nights of room accommodations at a major Las Vegas hotel casino, subject to availability at the time of reservation. The incentive covers room accommodations only.

• Valid for the bearer plus one (1) guest. Both the bearer and the guest must be at least 21 years of age at check-in.
• Three (3) days and two (2) nights at a major Las Vegas hotel casino.
• Reservations must be booked at least 60 days in advance of intended travel.
• The incentive is valid for twelve (12) calendar months from the date of purchase. The incentive is transferable inside that window.
• Airfare, ground transportation, and meals are not included.
• Some hotels charge a resort or reservation fee, taxes, and other property-level charges that are not included in this offer and are billed separately at the property.
• No timeshare presentation, sales pitch, or attendance at any promotional event is required. Enjoy the vacation.

2. Validity and transferability

Each incentive is valid for twelve (12) calendar months from the original date of purchase. Inside that window the incentive is transferable: the bearer at the time of redemption is the entitled party. After expiration, no refund and no extension.

3. Pricing, taxes, and resort fees

Incentive purchase price is $30 per incentive for individual buyers and for business buyers ordering fewer than twenty-five (25) incentives. Business orders of twenty-five (25) or more incentives are priced at $25 per incentive and incur a one-time business setup and administrative fee of $97 (regularly $397).

Taxes, resort fees, occupancy fees, parking, and any other property-level charges are not included in the incentive price. These charges are billed separately by the host hotel or resort at the time of stay and vary based on the property selected, the dates of travel, and the city or state in which the property operates. The bearer is solely responsible for paying all such charges directly to the property.

4. Reservations and changes

Reservations are made by calling the phone number we issue after redemption. Travel dates are subject to availability. Some peak periods may not be available at the contracted rate. The host property may impose blackout dates and minimum-stay restrictions consistent with industry practice.

5. Communications consent

By purchasing an incentive and providing your contact information, you authorize Sales Incentive Network and its affiliates to contact you for transactional and marketing purposes by email, SMS text message, automated telephone calls, and ringless voicemail drops at the phone number and email address you provide. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out of marketing messages at any time by replying STOP to any SMS, by using the unsubscribe link in any email, or by emailing [email protected]. Transactional messages required to fulfill your order remain active.

6. Refunds

Incentives are non-refundable once issued. The business setup and administrative fee is non-refundable. Bulk orders may be exchanged or rebranded within thirty (30) days of purchase, subject to written agreement.

7. Eligibility -- Nevada residents excluded

By promoter requirement of the host hotel and casino, the incentive cannot be redeemed by travelers who present a Nevada-issued government identification at check-in, and cannot be redeemed by persons with a Nevada billing or residential address. Out-of-state U.S. and international IDs are accepted. We will reject and refund any redemption submission that indicates a Nevada ID or Nevada billing address.

8. Liability

Sales Incentive Network is the issuer of the incentive and arranges the reservation mechanism. Operation of the underlying hotel-casino property is the responsibility of the host property. We are not liable for property-level service issues, injuries, cancellations, or any consequential damages beyond our reasonable control.

9. Jurisdiction and applicability

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and the eSign Consent & Biometric Collection Policy, apply to every purchase, redemption, and use of a Sales Incentive Network incentive, regardless of the buyer or recipient's jurisdiction of residence. They apply to customers in every U.S. state and territory and to international customers from Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia, Mexico, and any country in Latin America. Where a local consumer-protection law grants additional rights that cannot be waived, those rights apply on top of these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles, except where local mandatory law of the consumer's residence requires otherwise.
