Privacy policy

What we collect

On purchase: name, email, billing address, and phone number, collected by our PCI-compliant payment processor at checkout. Payment card details are handled by the processor and never reach our servers.

On redemption: full name, mailing address, phone number, email, redemption code, and the name of the issuing business.

On business orders: company name, contact name, work email, phone, quantity, and the consents you select on the purchase page (terms and privacy, eSign and biometric consent, communications consent), each timestamped at the moment of agreement.

Biometric identifiers (such as a likeness from a photo ID or a voice signature, if used during identity verification or fulfillment) are collected and handled under the eSign Consent & Biometric Collection Policy.

How we use it

To fulfill your order, issue your reservation phone number, send transactional emails, and respond to support requests. With your consent, we also send marketing communications about new offers, related products, and seasonal promotions.

We do not sell your information.

Communications: email, SMS, and ringless voicemail

By providing your phone number and email and confirming the communications consent on our purchase or contact pages, you authorize Sales Incentive Network to contact you by:

• Email at the address you provide
• SMS text message, including marketing messages, at the mobile number you provide
• Automated telephone calls and ringless voicemail drops at that mobile number

Message and data rates may apply. Frequency varies. Reply STOP to any SMS to opt out of text marketing. Use the unsubscribe link in any email to opt out of email marketing. Email [email protected] to opt out of voice and ringless voicemail outreach. Transactional messages required to fulfill your order remain active even after you opt out of marketing.

Cookies and analytics

We use a minimal cookie to remember your language preference. We may use Google Analytics to measure aggregate traffic. No cross-site advertising trackers are loaded by default.

International and state-specific rights

This Privacy Policy applies in every U.S. state and to international customers in Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia, Mexico, and Latin America. Residents of California (CCPA / CPRA), Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, Texas, the European Union and the United Kingdom (GDPR / UK GDPR), Canada (PIPEDA and provincial laws), and similar privacy regimes have additional rights, including the right to access, correct, and delete personal information, and the right to opt out of certain processing. We honor these rights on request.
