By accessing and using the Sales Incentive Network website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using this site.
Upon purchase of a yearly license, you are granted the right to print, personalize, and distribute an unlimited number of vacation certificates for the duration of your license period. You may NOT sell certificates to end users - they must be given as free incentives, gifts, or rewards. Violation of this restriction will result in immediate license termination.
All purchases are subject to our pricing in effect at the time of purchase. Payment is required at the time of activation. Certificate licenses are generally non-refundable once activated. However, we may offer refunds or credits at our sole discretion in cases of exceptional circumstances.
Vacation certificates are subject to availability, blackout dates, and the terms and conditions of the travel providers. We do not guarantee availability at specific destinations or dates. Reservations require advance notice as specified in the certificate terms. Additional fees may apply for weekend arrivals, holiday travel, or expedited bookings.
Sales Incentive Network is not responsible for the quality or availability of accommodations provided by third-party travel partners. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the certificate license. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.
All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Sales Incentive Network and protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.
You agree not to use our services for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair our website. You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of our website or any systems or networks connected to our website.
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, USA, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of New Mexico.
