How do vacation certificates work?

When you purchase a yearly license for our vacation certificates, you gain the right to print, personalize, and distribute an unlimited number of certificates. Recipients can redeem these certificates for hotel accommodations at various destinations. Each certificate includes clear redemption instructions and can be customized with your business name and branding.

What packages do you offer?

We offer several incentive packages including:

  • 8 Day, 7 Night Resort Vacations - Premium resort experiences worldwide
  • Theme Parks Discounts - Save up to 70% on major theme parks

Can certificates be sold to customers?

No. Our vacation certificates are NOT valid if sold to the end user. They are only valid if given as a free incentive, gift, or reward. This is a strict requirement of all our packages.

Booking & Redemption

How do recipients redeem their certificates?

Recipients can redeem certificates by mailing or faxing them with a processing fee, or by redeeming online at the website listed on the certificate. The redemption process is simple and clearly explained on each certificate. After redemption, they will receive a reservation form with booking instructions.

How far in advance do reservations need to be made?

Reservations require 60 days advance notice. Requests made with less than 60 days notice will incur an additional charge of $25 per person per night. We recommend booking as early as possible to ensure availability at preferred destinations.

What days of the week can I check in?

For most vacation certificates, valid arrival days are Sunday through Thursday. Weekend arrivals (Friday and Saturday) are available for an additional fee. Holiday weeks will incur an additional charge of $25 per person per night.

Is there a deposit required?

Yes. A $50 refundable deposit (except for California residents) is required when booking accommodations with the travel agency. This deposit is refunded to you by the travel agency after you complete your travel.

Costs & Fees

What is included in the vacation package?

The vacation package includes hotel accommodations for the specified number of nights. It does NOT include transportation, airfare, meals, room taxes, booking fees, agency fees, or any other miscellaneous hotel expenses. Recipients are responsible for these additional costs.

Are there any additional fees?

Yes. Recipients should be aware of the following fees:

  • $15 processing, postage, and handling fee for certificate redemption
  • $12.12 per night booking fee
  • $25 agency fee
  • Room taxes and hotel-specific charges
  • Additional fees for weekend or holiday arrivals
  • Additional fees for reservations made with less than 60 days notice

What is the yearly licensing fee?

Restrictions & Policies

Are there any travel restrictions?

Yes. Common restrictions include: no pets allowed, not valid for group travel, blackout dates may apply, and accommodations are subject to availability. Destinations may be added or removed at any time based on availability. Upon check-in, hotels will require a major credit card imprint.

Can I cancel or modify my reservation?

Cancellation and modification policies vary depending on the specific package and travel provider. We recommend reviewing the terms on your certificate and contacting the redemption center for specific cancellation policies before booking.

How many people can use one certificate?

Most vacation certificates accommodate 2 adults (ages 21 or older) and up to 2 children (under 18). Specific occupancy limits are clearly stated on each certificate and may vary by package type.
